Your tasks:
- You will play a key role in launching our next major product enhancements, which will make our product more user-friendly.
- You collect requirements on various topics, document them, create a roadmap and prioritize them according to importance.
- You research available solutions on the market, evaluate in depth when it makes sense to develop or purchase something, and prepare this information in an understandable way.
- After research and decision-making, you will implement the topics – possibly with external partners – and work on technical prototypes. You will regularly gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- You will take over project management until market launch, train the team and present the expansion internally and to partners.
Your profile:
- Several years of project experience with individual and standard software, ideally in consulting
- Experience in complex integration scenarios and in embedding solutions into an overall architecture
- Ability to evaluate providers and tools in depth, make recommendations and communicate results meaningfully, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and appropriateness
- Good technical know-how that allows you to actively participate in building prototypes and a structured way of working to implement visions with the teams
- Initiative and the ability to independently advance topics and contribute ideas
- German at C1 level and English at B2 level
